1. No Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (digital software licenses), all sales are final. Once a license key has been issued, it cannot be returned or revoked, and therefore we cannot offer refunds.

2. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties, our support team is available to assist you. However, inability to use the software due to hardware incompatibility or user error does not qualify for a refund. Please ensure your system meets the requirements before purchasing.

3. Account Terminations

If your license is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund for any remaining subscription time.
