Hi
I have a customer Outgoing who are using your model. Its seems to work well. I really need to see it in action so I fixed your demo. https://huggingface.co/spaces/johnbridges/TestHolo . Being gpu poor its only running on cpu so its very slow 2-3 mins . The requirements.txt file might also help you fix your other demo.
