How much memory does one need to run this on a local gpu?
From my experience (for base model):
- With an RTX 4090, it used ~20 GB of VRAM and ~10 GB of RAM.
- With an RTX 2070 (8 GB VRAM), it used almost all VRAM and about 20–24 GB of RAM (including what the OS and other apps use).
Btw, even a small GPU significantly speeds up generation compared to CPU only.
